Buy with confidence. At Books-To-Order.com, we use a secure shopping cart system through PayPal, with full encryption to protect your information. We accept all major credit cards, as well as personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks.

Our books are available in the USA only.
Buyers inside the state of Colorado are required to add 7.2% sales tax to the price of each book purchased. Our PayPal online processing service will automatically add the sales tax to purchases made inside of Colorado. If you need help calculating the tax due, and you're making an offline payment through the mail, please contact us for more information.
Yes. If you're not completely satisfied
with your purchase, we will cheerfully refund your money (minus shipping
charges) within the first 90 days. Also, if we make a mistake when
personalizing the book (i.e. it was not printed according to the information
you provided), we will replace the book or refund your money (minus shipping
charges) within the first 90 days. If, however, the mistake was made by you
when filling out the personalization form, we will offer you the same book
with the corrected information at 50% of the advertised price.
In
addition, if you change your mind within 12 hours of ordering, or you need to
make a correction to the information you provided, you can use the contact
form to notify us, and we will cancel or make corrections to your purchase.
Books To Order has a strict policy
against revealing or
sharing any information about a customer. Any
information is used
solely to create the personalized books you order. We
never see the credit card information given to PayPal when ordering a book,
and we will never ask for any personal or credit information through email or
any other means.
We do ask for your
email address when you fill out the personalization form after purchasing a
book. This is needed in case there is a mistake made when you fill out the
form, or we need to contact you when processing a rush order to resolve an
issue. Again, your email address will never be shared by anyone.
